In our busy classroom we strike a balance between academics and wellbeing. Students feel supported, engaged and included. As an Elm tree grows and flourishes when nurtured, so do the children in our class.

Class News & Updates

We’ve had a busy term in Elm. We’ve been working on reading strategies and breaking longer writing tasks into manageable chunks. The class have responded really well to having things clearly structured. We’ve also been building independence — organising folders, keeping track of homework and using the supports that suit each pupil. It’s been great to see them sticking with tasks that would have felt overwhelming before.
