Welcome to Rowan Class!
I'm delighted to be working for such a wonderful group of children. Alongside a passionate and dedicated team, we’re committed to creating a nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive. Our approach is hands-on, child-led, and inspired by each learner’s unique interests. We’re especially excited to support the development of key life skills, independence, and communication — and to watch each child grow, learn, and flourish as they explore the world around them.

Class News & Updates
Rowan Class have had a wonderfully busy term filled with sensory exploration, creativity and skill-building. From autumn-themed play and construction activities to festive winter sensory trays and Christmas artwork, the class embraced each season. They worked hard on foundations in literacy, numeracy, sounds and counting, while also developing fine motor skills and communication through circle time, ICT games and song choices.
Their Friday Class Shop has been a fantastic success, helping pupils practise waiting, requesting, turn-taking and communication — even welcoming visits from Willow and Hazel. This term also included muddy puddles, space exploration, Valentine’s art and lots of messy music play!
